FBA Homepage
A great place to find out about performance dates, ensembles for which you can audition, audition requirements, even a list of approved solo/ensemble music. Any question you have, this is the first place to look for the answer. Have fun.
JWPepper
Another great resource looking for and finding new music, even some music supplies. You can also hear recordings of music pieces for band (concert and marching) here. Getting things from this website is extremely easy, and is usually the first stop for most band directors for all things music. It has a wonderful supply of choral, orchestral, and solo instrument music. Almost anything you're looking for will be here.
Bringe Music
We have a good relationship with this organization. In fact, this is where school-owned instruments go to be repaired. It's a bit of a hike (St. Petersburg,) but they do good work, prices are fair.
Hoggtowne Music
The closest thing we have to a local music supply shop. The website is listed as in Gainesville, but there is a small store located close to Ocala, off of 200. Check them out.
VicFirth
This website is great for percussionists. It breaks down the 40 rudiments one at a time so you can learn them. Percussionists should not be afraid to spend some time at this website.
